Suzanne Lorah Sostak is a caring sister. The materials management information technology analyst helped her big sis, Lori Merkel, get a job here as a pediatric occupational therapist assistant. “She connects with the children she cares for, so I knew she would be a perfect fit,” Sostak says. She submitted Merkel’s name to our Employee Referral Program. Now Merkel is a member of LVH-Muhlenberg’s pediatric rehabilitation team. “The pediatric team here is wonderful, and I love working alongside great people,” Merkel says. She also loves that her sister split her $2,000 referral bonus with her. They plan on spending it together during a “sisters’ weekend” at the shore.
